Objective:
The Contractor shall provide the Services by deploying one competent personnel (“Personnel”) to support the ICT, AV, and student training needs of the Authority. The Contractor is required to submit, together with its offer and price proposal, the CVs of Personnel to be deployed. Only submitted CVs will be considered during the evaluation.
Duration of Service:
– Contract Period: From 6 February 2024 to 5 February 2025
– Option to Extend: The Contractor grants the Authority the option to extend the Contract for a further period from 6 February 2025 to 5 November 2025.
Working Hours:
– Mondays to Fridays: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break)
– Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
Scope of Services
Key duties and responsibilities:
1. Provide assistance to students in the usage of their Personal Learning Device (Apple iPad).
– Managing students’ and staff devices via Apple School Manager.
– Assist in monitoring students’ iPad and manage associated settings on the Device Management Application (Mobile Guardian for iOS).
– Provide technical support to students, including logging service requests with the service provider.
2. Assist in media production for school events and/or external school activities.
– Photo-taking and video-taking using school-owned equipment.
– Create videos and photo-montages using iMovie, Photoshop, or equivalent software.
– Setting up and managing associated equipment for live-streaming or online broadcasts/meetings.
3. Work with the ICT Technical Team:
– Preparation and troubleshooting of ICT equipment in classrooms, computer labs, broadcasting room, and other special rooms.
– Assist in managing and tracking the school’s ICT/AV equipment and resources with up-to-date documentation.
4. Assist in MOE initiated rollouts and projects.
5. Any duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel
1. The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
– Diploma in Information Technology, Computing, Media Production, or any other relevant certification.
– Minimum of one year of working experience in managing ICT systems, equipment, and media production. Experience in a school-related environment is preferred.
– Competent and well-versed in managing iOS devices, photo-taking, videography, Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and relevant broadcasting software.
– Good interpersonal, communication, and team player skills with a high level of initiative.
– Able to work independently on multiple projects at a time.
